In the fifteen years since graduating from Central Saint Martins, Angie designed for a number of well known fine jewellery brands. However, she always missed the making process especially carving and mold-making. After starting a family and a move to Surrey, she started her own collection.
Angie’s jewellery is handcrafted in her Surrey studio, using Jesmonite, sterling silver and braided cord. Jesmonite is an eco-friendly resin usually used in prop-making, sculpture and architectural detailing. The collection of necklaces, pendants and earrings has a fresh, contemporary feel, using bold, graphic shapes, carved and cast with colour-saturated Jesmonite which has a smooth and tactile finish.
Using primary colour pigments she is able to mix Jesmonite to any colour for bespoke colour palettes.
Influences include abstract and modern artists such as Ellsworth Kelly, Matisse and Patrick Heron, mid century modern interiors and inspiring colour palettes from everyday life.
